Congratulations on up and coming party! 

Please get in touch for a quick chat, we would love to hear more about your big day and what your ideas for the party are! Every event is different and we like to make everyone unique. We are quite flexible and can work to many sized budgets. Please note that the prices in the guide are not final, prices vary depending on location, date and size of venue for the event. We always try to make the event as affordable as possible and work within a given budget.

We can provide evening music, ceremony music, cocktail reception music, Dj’s, selfie mirrors and light up dance floors.

Please get in touch about any bands that you might have an interest in for their showcase performances that you (or family/friends on your behalf) might want to come along to so that you can see them perform. If you do get to come to one of their shows let us know and they could maybe play a few requests for you!

What price is wedding entertainment?

Our bands are the most competitively priced party bands in Ireland. Guaranteed. No other wedding or function bands in the same quality bracket can provided what we do for the price. Our price is determined on location, how many musicians you’d like and services you require. A normal working budget for us would usually be from €1,500 to €2,500 but we do provide bigger bands and packages with budgets up to €4,000. We also have acts and mini packages available from €500 – €1500. A full list of prices can be seen below. Let us Know your budget! We have a great range of acts to suit everyone. We are the same price as booking directly with any band but with all the added benefits.

We will do all the hard work for you. All your correspondence can be through us, and we will organise the acts you’ve booked.

Can I change my booking?

If your event has to change to another date, you will receive 100% of your booking fee deposit as credit to use towards new booking deposits, even if you need to book different artists.

If for any reason you’re not able to reschedule your event right now, we will credit 100% of the booking fee you have paid to your account with us, which you can use towards any new booking deposit made before 2023. You can also transfer this credit to a member of your family or friend.

Different types of packages

Book an entertainment package with us to get great savings. Below are some of our most popular packages. Custom packages can be built as well, just let us know what you would like and we will guide you in building you your perfect package to suit your big day. The more added to package the bigger the savings. Using the same musicians for the ceremony and cocktail music means they only have to bring one setup. No early setup fee will be added as they are already at the venue. Having the dance floor booked with a photo service means they can be set up together by our crew early in the morning at the venue leaving more time for partying and entertaining during the evening. All our musicians, DJ’s, Photographers and crew work together and with the venue to make sure all runs smoothly.

Ceremony Music

Whether you're looking for a classic wedding set list or something a little more alternative, we have a few different options to suit many different tastes and styles.

What ceremony music will suit?

Choose between a female or male vocalist with guitar or keys. We have options to cover all genres of music, be it classic, traditional, modern or alternative. Make sure your ceremony is personal and special!

Once you’ve booked – you can speak to the musicians and sketch out your ideas and preferences. If you’re not sure what you want – ask them to suggest a few key pieces based on the type of mood you’re going for. They should be able to follow your prompts to create the perfect selection of music for your big day.

Don’t be afraid to make personalised requests, but bear in mind that some tunes might not work so well on a particular instrument or not fit their style. They’ll also need at least 3-4 weeks notice.

Tips & Tricks

Allow your musicians to help guide you in your choices – they are extremely professional and come with a wealth of experience and expertise. They will help tailor make and choose music in fitting with your ceremony. 

Book Ceremony & Cocktail music in a package to save. Some custom packages can be made with Ceremony, Cocktail and Evening music together.

During the course of your wedding ceremony, the key times to have music could be:

Cocktail Music

Chill out and relax. You have just got married, its now time to relax and have a few drinks.

Booking Cocktail Music

We always recommend having some form of entertainment during the reception drinks. Even a small amount of background entertainment really sets the tone for the evening and creates a fabulous warm ambience leading up to the dinner. This could be a one-piece piano, solo guitarist / singer, a duo or your band doing a ‘Live Lounge’ style acoustic set.

Tips & Tricks

Get your evening band to provide the cocktail music to save money. Many of the bands will provide a full setup for cocktail music at a discounted rate. Having your main evening band performing the cocktail reception as well means there is no charge for an early setup fee as they will be at the venue already.


Prices vary on the amount of musicians, location and date. Discounts are available if booking the evening band for the cocktail music and time or year.

On the day details

After the ceremony, your married! Chill out and relax as guests mingle and have a drink. Music is usually 2 x 45 min sets. The acts will be there to take requests, play background music and create a fun, relaxed atmosphere. Booking A Band

There is nothing better than rocking out on a dance floor to a band playing your favorite tunes. All our bands are hand picked and the best of the best. 

The band you book is the band you get! All of our acts are full time musicians that have the same lineup for every event. If your act or a member of your band becomes ill, they will have musicians in place who can step in and take their place. This is standard practice and known as a dep performer.

The Bands turn up with all their equipment every time, no matter what type of event. A professional sound engineer is there making sure it’s not too loud or quiet, always just right! Every show is a big show! 

Tips & Tricks

Most of the wedding bands we have available for hire can play a wide range of styles and genres of music, so keep that in mind as you review their profiles, listen to their sample audio tracks and watch videos of them playing. If you find a band you like, just send an enquiry to ask if they can play the songs and music you want at your wedding and we’ll let you know before you hire them.

Try to see your band live before you book them. If you haven’t seen them before at a gig or another wedding, pop along to a showcase and check them out. On the day details

The bands will play for 2½ hours which can include a short break to suit the requirements of the venue and the event. We recommend a 1-hour set, 30-minute break, another set 1 hour long, followed by our DJ service. This is just ‘recommendation’ we are always very flexible to your needs, and anything can be customized to your plan. The bands will provide an evening’s entertainment and backing music before and during the break. The band will arrive before the main meal finishes and setup while the venue staff are clearing tables and getting the Dancefloor ready. It is good to get a small break between the meal and the first dance, this will give people time to gather themselves and let the meal settle. During this time the band will also have some background music. Below is some of the standard setups for the evening entertainment.

Wedding DJs

Whether its an after band DJ or a full night DJ. These guys are very important for your big day! They are most likely finishing off your night and you'll definitely want to be finishing off with a bang!

Why is a DJ so important?

We provide top quality professional DJ’s! Not just someone from the band playing a pre-made playlist from there phone. This is the end of your big night, we always advise to go out with a bang! There will be no loss of time spent changing over sound and lighting equipment during the event, our DJ will be set up and ready to kick off the minute the band stops to ensure that your dance floor stays full! Our DJs are some of the best in the business with years of experience on the wedding and club circuit. They will work with the dance floor and have the place rocking. Pick the songs you want to hear, a popular option is to send us your favourite tunes on a Spotify playlist, our DJ can work his magic from there. If you are booking the band we really recommend booking our DJ package as well to keep stresses down knowing that we will be ready switch over with our DJ straight after the band finishes and to end the night on a high.

Tips & Tricks

The most common option is to go with a DJ whose primary business is weddings. These wedding DJs know the ins and outs of wedding receptions, making announcements and taking requests from the guests. They will help finish your night with a bang and make sure its a night to remember.

On the day details

Depending on what DJ package you have the DJ will finish off your night. If you have a DJ and band package, the DJ will work and setup with the band so when one finishes the other can seamlessly change over so there is no break in the music. The band will normally finish between 12 – 12.30 which will give the DJ approximately 1hour & half play time. The DJ will play until the end of the night which is 2 / 2.30 depending on the venue. What about a cool pub style band, maybe a quiz night. Chill out and relax day 2 is the day to lay back and have the criac with friends and family!

Day Two - Round Two

Plan on having some entertainment for your guests the day after your wedding? There are plenty of options to choose from. Maybe something fun like a table quiz followed by some chilled out music from a singer stringer or a DJ playing some of your favourite tunes.
